Defender wants four wins as Spurs aim to salvage top-four place

Ledley King believes Tottenham can rediscover their form in time to reclaim fourth spot and qualify for the UEFA Champions League. Spurs were at one point considered title challengers earlier in the campaign, but a run of one win in nine Premier League games has seen them slip down the table. Harry Redknapp's men now lie in fifth position, having surrendered their grasp on fourth place to Newcastle, and have four remaining games to recuperate. They face relegation-threatened trio Blackburn, Bolton and Aston Villa before a home visit of Fulham, and King has set his sights on maximum points. "We can turn it around. Of course we can," King told Spurs TV Online. "We still have four winnable games to play and if we perform to our capabilities then we can win those games.

Disappointing

"Last week's (1-0) defeat at QPR was disappointing for us. "I felt we had a lot of the ball and didn't create too many chances but we just didn't get the break. "That game was tough to take, but we want to put a few things right against Blackburn and get the points on Sunday." First up is Blackburn, who travel to White Hart Lane on Sunday, and King is wary of the threat of 17-goal striker Yakubu. "He has been brilliant for them," King said. "His goals have given them a good chance of staying up. "He is a tough player to play against. He is strong and a great finisher so we will have to keep an eye on him."
