But Germany star does not know when he will return to playing

Bayern Munich star Bastian Schweinsteiger has returned to full training but does not know when he will be available to make his first-team return. The Germany midfielder tore ankle ligaments in the cup game against Stuttgart in February in what was only his fourth match back after breaking his collarbone in early November. Schweinsteiger, though, began running last week and on Wednesday was allowed to train with a football. His return would be a boost for Bayern, who trail Basel in their UEFA Champions League last-16 tie and are seven points adrift of Bundesliga leaders Borussia Dortmund. But although Schweinsteiger is pleased to be back in training, he has does not know when he will again be able to play. "Finally returning to training with the ball left me wanting more, especially with the nice weather in Munich," the 27-year-old wrote on his Facebook page. "Unfortunately, I can't yet say when I will be back in the squad."
