Leicester hope it's third time lucky in bid for defender
Nottingham Forest have confirmed they are considering a third bid from Championship rivals Leicester for Wes Morgan.
As revealed by skysports.com earlier on Friday, Leicester have made an improved offer for Morgan as they look to land the central defender.
A brief statement on Forest's official website confirmed the latest offer from the Foxes, whose previous attempt was understood to be in the region of £800,000.
Morgan, 27, is out of contract at the end of the season and could leave the club on a free transfer in the summer
Leicester boss Nigel Pearson is hoping the latest offer will be good enough to persuade Forest to do business for Morgan before the transfer window slams shut next Tuesday.
