Norwich manager Paul Lambert was keen to praise the collective effort of his squad and the goalscoring heroics of Simeon Jackson after the late draw with Fulham at Carrow Road.

Substitute Jackson's header in the fourth minute of injury time ensured Norwich ended a memorable 2011 by avoiding defeat and continued a familiar theme for the club.
Lambert's men, who last season gained promotion from the Championship, have a habit of scoring late goals and their manager admitted he could not ask for more effort.
He told
Sky Sports when asked about his players' commitment: "I have got to hope they want to do it for themselves as an individual, plus as a team. We seem to have that.
"They are a terrific bunch to work with. We have our ups and downs like everybody else, but collectively we hope to stick together.
"If we can do that here, then it will be good."
Threat
Jackson scored 13 goals for Norwich as they finished second in the Championship last season and that included two hat-tricks in the final two months of the campaign.
The July 2010 signing from Gillingham has made just 10 appearances since the return to the Premier League, but he has now scored twice in the top flight.
Jackson earlier in December netted in the memorable 2-2 draw at Wolves and Lambert has been pleased with the forward's contribution.
The Norwich boss said: "He just seems to be a threat. He has got that knack - he can get ugly goals and good goals. He has been great for us since he came to the football club.
"He was a huge player for us towards the tail end of last season. He has waited patiently for his chance and that is his second goal for us. I'm delighted with him."
Grant Holt was introduced at half-time against Fulham and Lambert confirmed he wanted to rest his captain in the wake of last Tuesday's defeat to Tottenham and ahead of Monday's trip to Queens Park Rangers.
Lambert said: "I left him out, because we have a really quick turnover. I decided to freshen it up before the game and in the second half we decided to change it."
