Sunderland defender Wes Brown considers his match-winning header against Queens Park Rangers to be 'the most important' goal of his career to date.
With the Black Cats having allowed a two-goal lead to slip through their grasp at Loftus Road on Wednesday, Martin O'Neill was looking for someone to become a hero.
Brown stepped up to the plate, with his effort in the 89th minute edging Sunderland back in front and on their way to a much-needed win.
The goal was Brown's first for the club following his summer arrival from Manchester United, and he could not have picked a better time to open his account.
The 32-year-old admits as much, with victory in the capital having helped to move the Black Cats three points clear of the Premier League drop zone.

"It's definitely one of the most important goals I've scored because it won us the game and got us up the table," said Brown, who last netted way back in October 2008.
"I only scored three in the Premier League for United against Newcastle, Liverpool and Blackburn but they were all a long time ago.
"We let ourselves down when we went two up and let them back in it.
"We were doing so well but maybe we got a bit comfortable.
"However, we kept our heads up, showed a lot of character and thoroughly deserved to win."
