Harry Redknapp admits he is a fan of Blackburn's Junior Hoilett, but insists he has made no enquiries for him.
Reports have suggested that Tottenham are lining up a move for the highly-rated forward when the transfer window reopens in January.
Hoilett, who is out of contract at the end of the season, has been one of Rovers' shining lights in a disappointing campaign at Ewood Park.
A number of Premier League clubs are understood to be keeping tabs on his situation with Blackburn hopeful he will agree terms on a new deal.
"He (Hoilett) is a good player," admitted Redknapp. "We have never made any enquiries for him, but he has been an exciting little player this year."
