Inter Milan striker Diego Forlan is coy about the exact date when he will be back in action but assures that he is well on the mend.
The 32-year-old suffered a hamstring injury while on international duty for Uruguay against Paraguay in a 2014 World Cup qualifier in Asuncion in mid-October, and has been on the sidelines ever since.
"When will I be back? I feel better but it does not make sense in defining a comeback date right now," Forlan told Inter Channel.
"I work a lot and in a good way. In the next few days, I will undergo some check-ups."
Forlan, who joined Inter from Atletico Madrid in late August just weeks after winning the Copa America with Uruguay, also underlines the positives of his injury lay-off.
"Anyway, I needed to have a break after a summer practically without holidays and moving to a new city [Milan]," he said.
