Starlet won't decide on future until next year

Brazilian starlet Ganso insists he will not be contemplating his Santos future until January. The midfield gem, like team-mate Neymar, has been constantly linked with a move to Europe for much of the last 12 months. Milan giants AC and Inter have both expressed an interest in the 22-year-old international, who says he will not consider his next move until after next month's World Club Championship. "In July I thought about the chance of being transferred, of leaving Santos, but then I came to the conclusion that the best decision was to delay my departure," he told Globoesporte. "Actually I don't care about any rumour that may say that I am leaving Santos. I have my mind focused on my team and nothing else." Ganso also confirmed that Santos have offered him a new deal to extend his stay with the club. "Santos has offered to renew my contract, but until January I don't want to think about my future," he continued. "The most important thing for me is to have a good performance at the Club World Cup."
