Tigers skipper progressing

Hull City are hoping their captain Andy Dawson will be back in full training next month. The Tigers full-back has featured just four times this season after he picked up a knee injury last month. The Championship side are now hoping his rehabilitation will be stepped up over the next few weeks. City first-team physio Liam McGarry told the club's official website: "He's progressing really well. He's pushing on in the gym and hopefully we can get him back into training in late October or early November. "He'll have a couple of weeks of non-contact training to do and then we'll push him into full contact training before probably getting a reserve team game out of him before he gets back into first-team action."
