Skysports.com understands Watford are closing in on the signing of Bournemouth defender Rhoys Wiggins.
Watford have held a long-term interest in the left-back and had two bids for his services rejected last season.
Bournemouth have rejected a new bid from Watford already this summer and they snubbed an offer from Charlton.
However, Watford are refusing to give up on their pursuit of the former Wales Under-21 international and are thought to be close to striking a deal.
Wiggins is thought to be keen on the move to Vicarage Road and Watford are hopeful of tying up a deal for the former Crystal Palace and Norwich man.
