West Brom expect to find out in the next few days whether Zoltan Gera will be rejoining the club.

Hungarian to decide where his future lies

West Brom expect to find out in the next few days whether Zoltan Gera will be rejoining the club. Midfielder Gera, 32, was signed by Roy Hodgson for Fulham back in 2008, after four years with the Baggies where he became a fans' favourite. Hodgson is now keen to take him back to The Hawthorns although an unnamed Serie A side are also interested in the Hungarian's signature. Gera's agent, Vladan Filipovic, said: "The negotiations are in a period where we can agree anytime (with a club). "It can happen that Gera's future will be decided next day - or we could close the negotiations next week. "But it's not a secret that we are at the finish." Gera spent four years with Ferencvaros before moving to West Brom in 2004, and he could now be part of their plans for next season.
