France international willing to consider summer switch

Roma midfielder Jeremy Menez has admitted that he could be tempted to join Paris St Germain. The France international has spent the last three years away from his homeland, having previously turned out for Sochaux and Monaco. Speculation has suggested that he could be on the move this summer and a return to Ligue 1 has been widely touted. PSG are expected to spend big following the arrival of Middle Eastern investment and Menez has confirmed that he would be willing to consider a move to the French capital. "The project that has been started at PSG is one that pleases me," he told France Football.

Interesting

"If they have the means to become a big team, it could be interesting for me to come and play in Paris. "I do not see a return to Ligue 1 as a step back from Serie A. "That is something from the past. There has been a lot of talk about my future, but I have not made my decision yet." Menez has also been linked with Juventus and AC Milan, but Rossoneri vice-president Adriano Galliani has sought to distance his club from any possible approach for the highly-rated 24-year-old. He said: "After signing (Philippe) Mexes, could Menez also arrive at AC Milan? No, absolutely not."
