Midfielder has stomach problem
Mark Noble could miss the rest of the season as West Ham look to get to the bottom of a stomach problem.
The Hammers ace is undergoing tests on the injury which could be a hernia, which would then need surgery.
He seems certain to miss Sunday's Premier League clash with Manchester City, but he could also be missing from their crucial run-in.
West Ham are currently already without Scott Parker and Gary O'Neil in midfield and can little afford to lose Noble too.
