Attacker poised for Turkish switch

PSV Eindhoven attacker Nordin Amrabat is expected to complete a move to Turkish outfit Kayserispor in the next few days. The 23-year-old has struggled to hold down a first-team place at PSV during the last three seasons and a fee of €1.1million is thought to have been agreed between the two clubs. Former Holland Under-21 international Amrabat moved to the Philips Stadion in 2008 from VVV Venlo but is now set to leave the Dutch side in search of regular action. Kayserispor are managed by former Rangers player Shota Arveladze who has strong links with Dutch football through Ajax and AZ Alkmaar. Amrabat is set to switch national allegiances and opt to play for Morocco, despite being called up to the Holland squad on one occasion in the past.
