Winger enjoying chance of first-team football

Hull City have extended the loan deal of Manchester United teenager Cameron Stewart until the end of the season. Skysports.com revealed earlier this week that the Tigers had lined up a deal to hang on to the winger following his immediate impact at the KC Stadium. Stewart has impressed in making three appearances for Hull and created both goals for Jay Simpson in last weekend's 2-0 win over Bristol City. Cardiff City and Leeds United had shown an interest in the 19-year-old, but Stewart has opted for regular first-team football with the Tigers. United's reserve-team coach Warren Joyce told the Hull Daily Mail: "We're pleased because we want the boy to do well. He's played and made a contribution in games. "When players go out on loan they've got to earn their place in the team, and he has so far which is good. "We get feedback and we watch the DVDs of games, and I've been speaking to Cameron two or three times a week and he's obviously pleased after Saturday."
