Argentinean wants to play in Spain one day

Ezequiel Lavezzi has revealed his desire to play in the Spanish La Liga, if he were to leave current club Napoli. Lavezzi has been a key component to Napoli's rise in Italy over the past few seasons, and has consequently been linked to a number of Europe's top clubs. Whilst he is enjoying his time in Naples, the striker made it clear that he aspires to play for a 'big club' in the future. "My objective for the future is improving day after day, to try to fight for high goals and to win something important, I don't know if in Napoli or elsewhere," Lavezzi said.

Trophies

"It is normal that everyone always dreams to play in a great team fighting to win major trophies. "Today I'm at Napoli and I am only thinking about the good of my club. "If one day I leave, we'll see what happens with my future. "If I were to go away from Naples though, I would love to play in Spain. I believe I have the characteristics to do well in La Liga."
