Carlisle are waiting on Taiwo to confirm whether he is ready quit the capital for Cumbria, but now face competition from elsewhere.
Skysports.com has learnt Championship duo Barnsley and Plymouth, along with League One promotion candidates Charlton, had representatives at the FA Cup game with Everton on Saturday.
Taiwo impressed in Carlisle's midfield as they went down 3-1 at Goodison Park despite a valiant effort and his efforts have clearly caught the eye of other clubs.
