Watford's young defender Lee Hodson has agreed a new three-year deal with the club.
The highly-rated 18-year-old has been one of the stars of the season after breaking into the first team earlier this term and has been rewarded for his performances with a three-year deal.
Hodson was delighted to be awarded the new deal and is determined to improve as a player.
"That's what I've been aiming for," said Hodson.
"The pressure is now off me slightly as I've secured a contract for three years. But that does not mean the hard work stops.
"I've wanted to make the most of my chance in the first team and I think I've done that."
