Dons boss beams over youngster

Aberdeen manager Craig Brown believes 17-year-old striker Cameron Smith has all the attributes to make it to the top. Smith came off the bench at Inverness to head home his first goal for he club and earn the Dons a 1-1 draw. Brown has now told his young striker that with hard work, he could go as high as he wants in the game. "In our last home game against St Mirren Cameron was in a very similar position, but his header hit the underside of the bar and came back out," said Brown. "This time, however, he managed to score and it was a wonderful equaliser. "Cameron came off the bench at Inverness last season when he was just 16 and played the last 20 minutes. I remember he did really well that day too. "If he continues to keep working hard and doing what he's told then he'll deserve every success that he's bound to get in football."
