Winger rewarded with new four-year contract

Leicester winger Lloyd Dyer has signed a new four-year contract at the Walkers Stadium. Dyer has established himself as a key member of the Foxes side since arriving from MK Dons in the summer of 2008. The 28-year-old has made an impressive start to the season and Leicester have moved to reward Dyer with a contract extension to keep him at the club until 2014. Dyer was delighted to sign the new deal and paid tribute to his team-mates and coaching staff for helping him improve as a player. "I really enjoy playing for Leicester City and I'd like to thank the management staff, my colleagues and the supporters," Dyer told the club's official website. "I hope to repay their faith by playing well for the team and helping to lift us up the division in the process."
