Strasbourg youngster Loic Damour claims Celtic are interested in taking him to Parkhead.
The 19-year-old, who has been capped by France at Under 17, 18 and 19 level, made his league debut in 2008.
It is thought Celtic could sign the midfielder on loan for the remainder of the season before thrashing out a permanent deal.
Damour has barely featured for the Ligue 2 side this season and is reportedly keen on a move in order to secure first-team football.

"Celtic are very interested in me and have watched me several times," revealed Damour.
"They need to take a look at me and judge my fitness and condition.
"I understand that as I have hardly played with the first team this season."
