Paul Rachubka has joined Indian Super League [ISL] side Kerala Blasters.

Sky sources reported on Thursday Rachubka was poised to complete a move to the Blasters, who are managed next season by former Manchester United first-team coach Rene Meulensteen.

The American-born goalkeeper moves to Kerala, runners-up in last year's ISL, as a free agent after spending last season at League One Bury.

United youth product Rachubka joins former team-mate Wes Brown at Kerala after he joined the Kochi-based outfit earlier this week.

The two-time ISL finalists have also targeted a move for another ex-Manchester United player, two-time Premier League title winner Dimitar Berbatov.

The fourth edition of the Indian Super League kicks off on November 17, three weeks after India hosts its first FIFA-sanctioned tournament, the U17 World Cup.
