Ryan Lowe's lovely goalscoring run continued as Bury won for the 10th time on the road with a 3-0 win at Hereford.
The Shakers' hero was skipper Stephen Schumacher who scored in each half and set up Lowe's clincher in the closing stages. Bury took the lead from their first real attack. Andy Bishop was fouled 25 yards out and Schumacher's swerving free-kick was helped into the net by United goalkeeper Adam Bartlett. And the visitors profited from some slack Hereford defending to strengthen their grip on the game six minutes into the second period. Schumacher was again in the right place to slide the ball home after good work by Bennett. A neat move four minutes from the end saw Lowe fire home from a Schumacher free-kick to score for the ninth successive match.
