Terriers and Rovers both missing duo

Tranmere will aim to keep their play-off hopes alive as they travel to Huddersfield on Saturday. Rovers have fallen out of League One's top six after losing their last two games and are now five points adrift of Leeds in the final play-off place with three games remaining. Huddersfield have the comfort of mid-table security although they dealt Leeds a blow in midweek with a 2-1 home win against their West Yorkshire derby rivals. Skipper Jon Worthington is suspended for the Tranmere game, though, after being shown a red card against Leeds, while Chris Brandon sustained a hamstring injury which has ruled him out for the rest of the season. Danny Schofield and Malvin Kamara are both in contention to replace Brandon, while Luke Beckett is hoping to return up front.

Suspensions

Tranmere have Paul McLaren suspended after receiving his 10th booking of the season in last week's 2-0 home defeat by Nottingham Forest. Fellow midfielder Steve Jennings collected a late booking against Forest and must also serve a two-match ban, while winger Steve Davies is battling to shake off a niggling injury.
