Barnet v York preview

Image: Stack: Could make Bees debut

Team news for Saturday's League Two clash between Barnet and York at Underhill.

Graham Stack could make his Barnet debut against the Minstermen. The experienced former Arsenal, Reading and Hibernian goalkeeper signed for the Bees as a free agent on Thursday to provide competition for youngsters Liam O'Brien and Sam Cowler. O'Brien was named man of the match as the Bees picked up their first point of the season in a 1-1 draw with Bristol Rovers on Tuesday night, so manager Mark Robson must decide whether to stick with him or bring in Stack. Elsewhere, Robson is unlikely to make changes. Goalscorer Ricky Holmes was taken off early in the second half because he was tiring and he will keep his place up front. Defender Danny Senda and striker Steve Kabba are still recovering from knee injuries. York manager Gary Mills could welcome back striker Jamie Reed. Reed has missed the Minstermen's first two league games with a hamstring injury, but may be included in the squad. Mills has no new injury or suspension problems as his side chase their first league win of the season following an opening-day home defeat to Wycombe and the midweek draw at Morecambe. Defender Lanre Oyebanjo returned to the starting line-up on Tuesday night following a thigh injury, while summer signing Danny Blanchett was handed his York debut at left-back. Both players are expected to continue. Midfielder Matty Blair pressed his claim for a place in the starting line-up after replacing Patrick McLaughlin in the second half at Morecambe and another summer signing, Lee Bullock, will be hoping to play a bigger part after his late cameo role.
