    Verdict

Al Qeddaaf sets the standard despite having his bubble well and truly burst last time when giving loads of weight away to his conqueror, Cat Six. He drops back in trip today but could well suffer a similar fate at the hands of chasing debutant, PRIORS GOLD, who gets all the allowances and receives a pound short of two stone from the McCain inmate. He is adept over hurdles and on the Flat and providing he jumps with fluency on this chasing debut could have too much toe for his rivals off his featherweight. Stablemate Definite All Star has taken well enough to fences and has every chance too if forgiven a poor effort at Limerick last time. Slip hasn't been seen for over a year when last of ten in a Beverley seller and is best watched.
