      In depth

      Verdict

Guadiana , True and King of Meze are three against the field in this desperate seller and the vote is given to Guadiana. The selection was a fair fourth in a similar race last time out behind Kapellmeister and if he runs up to that mark here he would be hard to beat under conditions that suit. True rates the main danger on his best form, he is dropping in grade and with the booking of Eddie Ahern catching the eye he should be noted iKristalchenn the market. King Of Meze was a fair fourth in a claimer behind Kristalchen but consistency is not his strong point so he can not be put forward with any confidence. Of the remainder Ruling Reef is from a yard in form and could go well at a price but in a desperate seller where stakes should be kept to a minimum for the winner we return to Guadiana.
