    Verdict

Incisor won with so much in hand at Lingfield last time that he is difficult to oppose even under a 6lb penalty and is preferred to Breezit and Spring Dancer. The selection hails from the in-form stable of Sylvester Kirk and, like most of the stable's horses, has come to hand in the last month. Admittedly the son of Dracula has yet to show his effectiveness on this track and is being dropped in trip but, having won with so much in hand last time and with the opposition so weak, he has to be the selection. Breezit is gradually slipping to a fair mark and rates a bigger threat than Spring Dancer, although a market move for the latter would be of interest. Keltic Rainbow is less exposed than most of these and could be interesting, while Son of Rembrandt has bits and pieces of form that gives him a chance. However, Incisor looks on the upgrade and is taken to complete a hat-trick.
