Verdict

A number of these are eased in grade but are struggling for form. That list includes Cyrien Star, Orange Nassau and Merlin's Wish but Rocky Bender won over further at Huntingdon in March and last year's winner Loughalder arrives off the back of a victory at Chepstow, but is looking a few pounds too high now. Come On Laurie and Clubs Are Trumps are both returning from an absence but the latter did well last summer in rattling up a hat-trick. LISTEN BOY has been a bit disappointing but can surely go close in a race like this off today's mark with Jamie Bargary taking off a further 5lb.
