Verdict

Mr Tambourine Man, Alfridini and Wee Dinns are three against the field in a wide open affair and the tentative vote goes to Mr Tambourine Man. The selection won well last time out when defeating Hawkit and although he has a penalty for that win he again has conditions to suit and with Kieren Fallon taking the ride he is expected to go in again. Alfridini rates the main danger on his latest win at Salisbury when defeating Captain Marryatt. That form has since been franked and with Alfridini escaping a penalty as it was a boys race he will be a danger to all. Wee Dinns is another worthy of respect he was caught on the line by Mocca at Goodwood last time but this drop in trip is sure to suit. Sailmaker was a fair third behind Gavroche last time and is another that will appreciate this shorter trip. Of the remainder Antigiotto enters handicaps on a lenient mark and is worth noting in the market but for the winner we return to Mr Tambourine Man.
