My Amigo is consistent and, though raised 6lb for winning at Wetherby, should make his presence felt again. Bossipop was only beaten half-a-length by Van Gerwen at Thirsk and the same distance by Wayward Hoof at Haydock and is fancied to come out best of that trio on today's terms. Lingfield maiden winner Aleef has scope but the handicapper has taken no chances and Gallipoli is probably more interesting as he starts to come down the weights. The Commendatore won for the first time on Turf at Nottingham last month but this is a much bigger ask. We'll take a chance on DUTCH MIST as she's been running better than her form figures would suggest this year. She won twice on fast ground over this trip in her first season and maybe the fitting of blinkers will encourage her to recapture that form.
