Verdict

A tough race to call here for punters with all of the runners holding some sort of chance but the principals look to be Burwood Breeze, The Rile,Double You Cubed and Pornic and the tentative vote goes to Burwood Breeze. The selection hails from the in-form Tom George yard and he was a fair second behind Halyards Gael that form has since been franked and with this faster ground sure to suit he will be hard to beat. The Rile is well weighted on his best form but his best efforts have come with more cut in the ground and he has yet to prove he stays this far so he is passed over on this occasion,. Double You Cubed is another that could go well on his second behind Catch The Perk a couple of runs ago, he has since disappointed on softer ground but this faster surface should help and he will not be far away. Pornic took a heavy fall last time out but prior to that he had won well when defeating Business Class. However he will find this harder off this higher mark. Broadgate Flyer is on a handy mark but showed little on his return so can not be backed with any confidence and for the winner we return to Burwood Breeze.
