An informative contest that's fallen to the likes of Dubawi and Olympic Glory in the last decade and this looks a decent renewal. Somewhat, highly touted in the Chesham Stakes at Royal Ascot, is rated as slightly disappointing in finishing fourth behind Berkshire. However, Johnny Murtagh is a fascinatingly rare booking for Mark Johnston and the colt merits serious attention. Northern compatriot GOOD OLD BOY LUKEY has impressed in remaining unbeaten in two starts and Richard Fahey's colt is taken to complete the hat-trick. He may offer better value than some of his more fashionable southern counterparts. Godolphin juveniles have found ominously impressive form of late and Outstrip represents the operation here. He displayed inexperience on debut here but still scored with something in hand and should deliver a competitive and more streetwise display. Washaar is also noted on the back of a cosy winning debut at Haydock.
