Siyabona, Caprivi and La Troupe make the shortlist here with Siyabona given the nod to make her experience count. John Gosden introduces the Cape Cross filly Caprivi, a half-sister to a Breeders Cup juvenile winner and from a very classy family. Gosden's runners tend to come on for their initial outing, but her breeding is so impressive it would be no surprise to see her in the shake up. Stable companion La Troupe is stepped up in distance here after a moderate performance at Goodwood last time. She ran well to be close up behind Infallible on her only outing as a juvenile and on that evidence is capable of playing a part here. Godolphin have a very respectable strike rate and Siyabona ran well on both her two-year-old outings, just lacking a finishing burst and having to settle for second place on both occasions. Siyabona at least has the form in the book and her performances suggest she is capable of making it third time lucky.
