Verdict

FLOOD DEFENCE returned to winning ways over course and distance last month with Corton Lad well behind. Iain Jardine’s mare looks worth sticking with given Majestic Stone steps up in trip after finishing second at Pontefract and Sea Art was well beaten on his reappearance at Thirsk. The latter won at Bath last year and has a shout on that form while Mapped posted a better effort over 2m here last time but Low Profile is preferred over today’s trip.
