        Verdict

        GOWANBUSTER made every yard over track and trip on his reappearance to return a clear winner. Due to be raised by a further 3lb after this, he can defy a penalty and confirm latest running with Bashiba and Robot Boy in the process. Boudica Bay also won easily at Redcar but in a lower grade than this while Longroom won at Newcastle in March and is not badly treated on earlier form on Turf. Royal Brave’s long losing run continues but Sound Of Iona remains unexposed having only her second outing in a handicap.
