In depth

Verdict

Ginger Max has something to prove now 12lb higher than when successful at Redcar last month and KUPA RIVER is preferred. The latter won off a higher mark over track and trip last season and having just missed out at Thirsk recently, Roger Fell’s charge can go one better. Highland Acclaim went close over 6f last week and has a similar chance to the selection back over today’s trip while How Bizarre showed a bit more when third here last time and makes more appeal than Lagenda.
