        Verdict

        Striding Edge never threatened when third at Bath on his first start over today’s trip though that form looks better in hindsight with the winner going in again. Ventura Rascal was also no match for the winner when third at Doncaster and attempts a mile for the first time while Hua Mulan may improve now handicapping. That was the case for NOBBY NUTS, who finished ahead of Gweedore when placed over course and distance on his handicap debut and Rebecca Bastiman’s charge should make a bold bid in this.
