In depth

Verdict

Karaoke and Lennel both have recent winning form, but we will take a chance on Winners Delight. Alan Jarvis's four-year-old, a course and distance winner in October, ran a race full of promise here last month. He finished a close up fifth behind Cold Turkey with some consistent performers behind. The winner went in again on Saturday so the form is rock solid and Winners Delight should go close here at a decent price. Karaoke beat the good yardstick Smokin Beau over ten furlongs here in December, and although disappointing at Wolverhampton last time, he should go well off his current mark. Lennel is in great heart at the moment, he was successful here over a longer trip and wasn't disgraced last time at Wolverhampton, he looks booked for some place money. In a very open event Cordial is another to consider, however Winners Delight looks the pick of the weights and gets our vote
