Verdict

Henry Daly wouldn't be sending the very useful hunter Rockiteer here without good reason and though well beaten over 3m1f at Aintree last time he led for much of the way and Barry Geraghty is a significant booking. Rivage D'Or has bounced back to form as he showed in the Midlands National at Kilbeggan while the very lightly-raced Daffern Seal, who won here in 2011, is better than his recent runs suggest. This trip and good ground suit On The Way Out while Gordon Elliott has acquired Balbriggan, a winner for the Mick Channon/Henrietta Knight team, and he looks on a really nice mark. Aranhill Chief was engaged to run here last night so the vote in a wide-open contest goes to YOUR BUSY. James Nash's charge made all to land a strong Killarney handicap in May, when Usuel Smurfer was six lengths behind in third, and though not the most consistent of performers David Casey can steer him to another success.
