In depth

Verdict

After a decent run in a Navan maiden hurdle over 2m7f, Be The Hero ran in a Clonmel bumper where he looked very one paced. This trip looks on the short side so this can go to SEVEN NATION ARMY. A Listed bumper winner at Ascot when trained in the UK, he's never fulfilled his potential over timber but he'll be better for his first run for Henry De Bromhead at Navan in December and can get off the mark over hurdles. Wild And Wonderful made a reasonable debut in a Limerick bumper last summer while Duke Cass looks just the type to do well over timber having shown a bit of promise on the Flat.
