    Verdict

A low draw is certainly advantageous on this tight track and with that in mind both Rancho Cucamonga and Cree look booked to be thereabouts, and we take Rancho Cucamonga to score, while Cayman Breeze can also go well. The selection, trained by David Barron, kept on well to beat subsequent winner Paddywack at Hamilton recently before being edged out of it by Viewforth at the same venue last time. An extra 3lb here won't make his task any easier, but he is in great shape, his yard continues to go well and eh can score. Cree, on the other hand, remains on the same mark as when making the frame at both Carlisle and Leicester recently and only a year or so ago was winning off a stone higher. Trip and ground suit and he should go very close. Of the remaining few that are in the handicap here, Cayman Breeze has dropped back to the sort of mark from which he can be competitive, but preference is for Rancho Cucamonga, who can score.
