Verdict

Hat-trick seeking GLENS WOBBLY is becoming a standing dish and crowd favourite at this track, where he's gained all five career successes. He went off at a terrific clip here last time before holding on well and is likely to replicate those aggressive tactics dropping a quarter mile in trip. He's yet to win over 1m3f but looks the one to beat with the majority of his rivals looking out of form with the exception of Star Anise. Rather unlucky the last day when a fast-finishing fourth to Thecornishcowboy in Lingfield, she could well have scored given a trouble free passage and can be expected to throw down a determined late challenge. However, she's only won on synthetic surfaces and the topweight is narrowly preferred. Malcolm Saunders has his string in good heart so Cameley Dawn is suggested as next best in a first-time hood.
