In depth

Verdict

Bollin Edward is narrowly preferred here to the likes of Stellite and Linden's Lady. The selection won in decisive fashion last time at Thirsk when getting the better of Peace Lily. His stable are in flying form and he looks to have a really solid chance. Stellite is in decent form at present and he ran well enough on this track last time when finishing third behind Vicious Warrior. That was over a mile but all his winning form has come over this trip so he should give our selection plenty to think about. Linden's Lady would have claims on her best form but she is not the most straightforward and she can't be backed with any confidence. Local Poet is probably better on the all-weather than on the turf and for the winner we will stick with Bollin Edward.
