Verdict

Bint Arcano was fourth in this 12 months ago and is 2lb lower. She’s fit from a campaign on the all-weather and has a good chance of being placed this year. Lady In Question beat the race-fit Yeah Baby Yeah at Doncaster last month but that was on soft ground. Dark Intention started favourite in that latter race but only managed fifth. However, she could do better on this quicker surface and Isabella and Crafty Madam are likely to feature if fully wound-up. PEPITA made a promising reappearance at Lingfield and was then given a confident front-running ride by Rossa Ryan to go one better at Wetherby when Castle Hill Cassie was a well-beaten third. She’s been raised 5lb for that but is clearly in good form and won’t mind the faster ground.
