Verdict

Mr Buttons finished runner-up at Southwell last time having won at the same track on his debut for which he’s penalised. Port of Leith will likely improve for a recent debut fourth at Pontefract and is preferred to the others with racecourse experience. Yousini makes more appeal than Miss Maben of the newcomers but Karl Burke has a fine strike rate with two-year-old runners here and has won two of the last three renewals including last year with the subsequent Group 1 Prix Morny winner Unfortunately. He sends LIFE OF RILEY today and the half-brother to three winners may well be good enough to make a winning start.
