Verdict

Not a race that will take much in the way of winning and BETHAN is taken to get off the mark. Julia Fielden's mare is no stranger to Yarmouth having placed here on her last two starts, and while she isn't any great shakes, she is at least capable of holding a level of form when others are not. Sutton Sid isn't the most frequent of scorers though he performed well on his return to Turf at Redcar and he shouldn't be too far away. Bison Grass has been a bitter disappointment this term and the handicapper appears to be finally giving Giles Bravery's gelding a chance. Marphilly appeared to respond well to the first time application of a visor and the booking of Jimmy Quinn has to be considered as a positive. Loucal put up a good performance at Brighton behind Last Minute Lisa last month but has struggled to follow it up.
