    Verdict

    Angus Glens should have gained plenty of confidence for his recent victory in a seller over course and distance although he might not be able to concede a hefty chunk of weight to LEADERENE. Connections have had to be patient in order to see the best of their filly, but she has matured into a progressive looking three-year-old and with a number of entries already held, Mark Johnston appears keen to be exploiting her low handicap mark before the assessor has a chance to respond. The Ducking Stool is another previous course and distance winner, and he confirmed his liking for Yarmouth with a solid success over 1m6f earlier in the month. Hamble is surely better than his recent run at Brighton suggest while Loving Your Work would be a factor if running up to the form of his victory at Newbury.
