Verdict

Novis Adventus did well to reel in GIBSON PARK over course and distance earlier this month but may struggle to confirm the form on 7lb worse terms. The latter looked sure to win when going clear approaching the last that day and can hang on this time. Lovato wasn’t winning out of turn at Uttoxeter last time and should perform well under a penalty while there is surely more to come from Captain Morley, who was a three-times winner on the Flat and has been quite highly tried in a couple of runs over timber. Excellent Puck has also won on the Flat but is probably best watched on his first start under NH Rules.
