In depth

Verdict

Away For Slates carries a penalty for winning at Plumpton but did score off a higher mark over hurdles in his younger days. Whoshotwho can’t get much lower in the weights but is on a long losing run. Cousin Oscar hasn’t run over fences since 2018 but did win over timber at Bangor last month and Theo Gillard’s claim reduces his welter burden. Captain Cobajay is back over fences after failing to fire over hurdles at Uttoxeter but we’ll give another chance to GETABUCK, now fitted with a tongue-tie and cheekpieces, as this looks his trip even though he won over 3m between the flags.
